Scholarship, Grant and Seafarers Certification
In a bid to assist the government and other agency in ensuring equity in the maritime and seafarer's welfare, Echosailor Services through its partners and sponsors provides financial aids to deserving seafarers who meet our requirements. The main purpose of this is to augment their educational and certification (STCW) requirements. We sponsor our beneficiaries that meet our requirements as well as possessing track records that are in line with the company's values. With this, everyone who is zealous, disciplined and ready to pursue a career in the maritime and oil and gas are given level playing ground for attainment of success.
Provision of Industry & Academic Consultation Services
Our years of experience and indepth knowledge in the Maritime Oil & Gas as well as that of our committed partners has accorded us a renown in the provision of consultation services, industry and academic advisory services to individuals and firms. Document Verification and Background Check
Echosailor Service through its global connection help recruiters and stakeholders to conduct background check on applicants as well as document verification services. The primary aim is to greatly reduce the level of fake certifications available today in the maritime industry as well as reducing down-time for the recruiter which may be caused by such contingency.
Filing and Document Management System
Our registration service allows Seafarers to safely store the soft copies of their documents and certifications in our database. These documents can be accessed on request incase of loss or other contingencies from the beneficiary end. We ensure the proper management of our beneficiaries files and that same are notified prior to document expiry (notice begins 6 months prior to expiry). With this, beneficiaries are made to always have valid documents as well as plans being made by the organisation to assist and advise incase of funding and renewals as agreed with our partnering Maritime Training Institutions (MTIs) across the globe.
Creation of Employment Platforms
We create platforms for networking for our beneficiaries. This is aimed at enabling our beneficiaries to find gainful employment and become seasoned professionals in the Maritime industry. Although, job creation is not our strength area, we hope to create a workforce that is formidable and one which meets internationally accepted standards in all ramifications (academically and on-the-job). Our community is a platform which brings job-seekers and employers together.
